All egg and sperm donors are either anonymous or eponymous (by choice of the donor and the recipient). As a result, many donors are available, eliminating long waiting lists for treatment. So, most likely, your egg donation treatment can start straight away once a suitable donor is found.
In anonymous donations, only non-identifying information may be provided. You will be offered an egg donor with a clear family, medical and positive pregnancy history, matched by our expert team based on your phenotypic characteristics and wishes. In eponymous donations, you will select the donor of your preference, directly from collaborating egg banks.

Your Journey, Simplified
Preliminary Tests:
These can be performed either in Thessaloniki or in your home country. If you opt to travel to Greece, estimate a two-day stay for testing and sperm sample. In sperm donation cases, purchase and delivery of the vials is finalised at this stage.
Preparation & Coordination:
The donor matching or donor eggs purchase process begins now. You remain in continuous contact with our international team and allocated coordinator, throughout your fertility journey.
Treatment monitoring:
After donor selection or egg purchase, your treatment plan is set, requiring local monitoring. For fresh embryo transfers, arrival in Greece is required before the donor’s egg collection or before egg thawing.
Travel to Greece:
Either only for a one-night stay arriving in Thessaloniki before your frozen embryo transfer, or for about 8 days for fertilisation and fresh embryo transfer (at the blastocyst stage).
